dedicated to bread. The publication, consisting of wide range on museums
profiles all over Europe, is supposed to serve as a practical and expressive
quid for any kind of interested public - visitors, researcher, scientists,
teacher, connoisseurs etc. |

The aim of the project is
to discuss the place bread takes in the Orthodox ritual tradition from
the theological, cultural and gastronomic point of view. The characteristic
recipes for bread preparation, which are connected to the religious rituals
as well as those which have origin and are prepared in Orthodoxy monasteries
are also being collected. |
